From a member of the rat race to breaking FREE to follow my dreams and my soul’s calling. I got out of the 9-5. It destroyed my soul and made me extremely depressed. I knew there HAD TO BE ANOTHER WAY TO LIVE MY LIFE.

I made my escape from the rat race and I refuse to march to the tune of someone else’s drum ever again. I’ve got 12 years experience in running my own businesses, and I’ve helped 1000’s of people with their business and life success.

I live and flourish in Glastonbury, UK, singing, modelling and producing plays with my husband, as His & Hers Theatre Company. We have two original plays – The Fool’s Journey and Inklings – and appeared in Shakespeare productions including Macbeth and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

I’ve written three books: La Sombra Detrás, Wideawake, and Tales from the Rooftop. I’m currently writing my third novel, Memories of the Wind.

I’ve participated in healing workshops since childhood: Chakra alignments, NLP, music-therapy, bodywork, Reiki, colour-therapy – constantly feeding my mind and expanding my toolkit!

I’ve led workshops on Archetypes, Akashic Records, Sacred Sexuality, Vision Boards, and Tarot. I’ve also taught Literature and Philosophy and worked in Mental Health research in Durango, Mexico, where I grew up. Today I’m a Trustee of the Library of Avalon.
