Let’s talk about self-caring for your financial health.
There’s so much written about…
the self-care of our bodies through exercise.
the self-care of our health through food and nutrition.
the self-care of our minds through positive thinking.
So what about our financial self-care?
When we allow ourselves to struggle with our finances, we are not self-caring with money.
When we allow ourselves to under-earn – we are not self caring with money.
When we have any fear or lack thoughts around our finances – we are not self-caring around money.
Even if we don’t have the money that we want, for those of us with big financial goals, and we do nothing about bridging that gap of where we are and where we want to be – we are not self caring with money.
Not self-caring in any area of our lives – heath, nutrition, relationships, exercise, careers etc – will have a detrimental affect on our lives.

If we deny ourselves our right to self-care with MONEY, it will affect our mind (which is bad enough. Believe me, I’ve been there!) and it can affect our bodies too and manifest in a physical illness and have a knock-on effect on other areas of self-care.
