If you’ve been struggling to trust what God is showing you… if you feel distant from your Heavenly Father… if you’re wondering whether your purpose really is for you—this message is for you.
I’m Karen St. STRS, and I help women of purpose rise into their divine calling with confidence, boldness, and clarity. On my YouTube channel and here on this blog, we talk about faith, action, identity in Christ, and what it really means to be a warrior woman of God.
It’s Time for Renewal
This video and post were prompted by the Lord Himself. A few months ago, He gave me a list of videos to create—and this one was clear:
“It’s time for a new you. It’s time for renewal in Me.”
Even in my own faith journey, which began about 20 months ago, I’ve had seasons where God felt far away. I’ve even questioned if He had left me. But now I see clearly: He was always there. I just wasn’t always looking in the right places.
When the Church Hurts
Sometimes we search for God through others—through churches, leaders, communities—and maybe you’ve been hurt there. I’ve been there too.
I remember searching for the “just right” church, like Goldilocks, only to feel disappointed or judgmental. But God reminded me:
“It’s not about them. It’s about Me.”
Your connection with God is personal. It’s not defined by the people around you. People are imperfect. But God never fails. If you’ve experienced hurt in church, know that it wasn’t God who caused that pain.
God Has a Plan for You
One verse I cling to is Jeremiah 29:11:
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”
If you’re here, that divine calling is still yours—no matter how far you feel from Him right now. He created you for a reason, and His Word affirms that again and again.
The Living Word Is Alive for You
I used to wonder: what does it mean that the Bible is “the living word”? Now I understand—it’s alive because it speaks directly to us today. The same truths written thousands of years ago still carry power now.
Don’t just read the Bible—live it. Let it renew your mind, restore your peace, and reignite your purpose. He’s waiting to speak to you through His Word.
The Bible isn’t just an old book—it’s your daily lifeline to God’s heart.
When Self-Reliance Gets in the Way
One of my struggles was pride in being independent. I prided myself on not needing anyone. But that self-reliance led me to take on more than I should. And I believe many women today—especially strong, purpose-driven women—fall into the same trap.
We weren’t designed to carry it all alone.
Yes, God gave you strength. But He also asks you to lean on Him. Let Him carry what’s weighing you down. Speak to Him. Listen for His voice. Invite Him into the process.
Trusting When You Can’t See
Trusting God doesn’t always make sense in the natural. You may not see the evidence yet. But that’s what faith is. And faith is exactly what God wants to grow in you.
There was a time I felt like I was in free fall—lost, unsure, stripped of my identity. But that’s when God was doing a deep work of renewal in me. He was removing the old so the new could rise.
And He’s doing the same for you.
Final Encouragement: Reconnect with God Today
If you’ve been caught up in the New Age or occult (like I was), or if you’ve simply lost your way, know this: you can always return to your Heavenly Father.
Open your Bible. Speak to Him. Let His Word guide you back to peace, clarity, and power. Your purpose isn’t gone. Your faith isn’t dead. It’s just waiting to be reignited.
