When was the last time you felt alive?!

When was the last time you felt alive?!

Full of energy?

With a day that get’s you so excited that you can’t sleep the night before?

When did it become ok to expect to feel ‘normal’ every day instead of excited, happy, energetic? ‘Get real, Karen. Life can’t be like that’. Then get off my page if you want to accept normal.

When was the last time you surrounded yourself with All THE AWESOME? People, places, even things?!

Who says all the excitement should only happen now and again? Or at weekends? Or when the boss let’s you have time off?

If you are the boss? Give yourself the day off!

Not the boss? Go and have a Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and do something that gets you excited. That pleases no-one else but YOU. Restore your energy. Top up your feel-good feelings. Remember what it’s like to have some freaking fun!

And whilst you are doing that, work out the ways you can do that every day in your life, or work, or business.

I’ve been feeling a bit quiet during the last few days. Not sad. Not unhappy. Just a bit, quiet. (What? You’ve been glad of the peace?! haha). So tomorrow I’m doing something that inspires me and gets me super-charged (so watch out!); I’m spending the day surrounded in 5 star luxury in London and going to the Four Seasons, The Dorchester, The Ritz and the W Hotel. My brain seems to work much better when I up-level my environment!

What, who or where motivates and inspires you? Do that, be with that person, go there. Do what it takes for you to feel ALIVE and aligned!
