What to do if you hate Mondays

I used to HATE Monday’s. My hate for Monday’s even crept into Sundays. I used to feel sick when I woke up on Mondays.

The word ‘work’ was banned at the weekends. My job, the environment, the people… they sucked the soul out of me. This led to me loosing about 2 years to depression; the type of depression where I couldn’t get out of bed, and at times, made me feel like it would be easier not to be here.

This is a plea to you, if you hate Mondays. This is my CRY to you, if you hate Mondays. THIS is what you MUST do if you hate Mondays!

Don’t wait until you hit rock bottom like I did before you decide to make the changes you need to.
